Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We’ll verify stock availability, and if your items are ready, we’ll begin processing them immediately.

  • Shipping Timeframe: In-stock orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternatives.

Shipping Costs

  • Exceptions for Larger Items: Some products, due to their size, weight, or accessibility, may incur additional shipping fees. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or provided upon request.

Delivery & Assembly Options

  • Standard Curbside Delivery: Your items will be delivered to the nearest access point at your property (e.g., driveway). Couriers are unable to enter your home or property beyond this point due to insurance limitations.

  • Assembly & Installation Services: For products requiring assembly, such as pergolas, we offer professional installation services. If you prefer to handle the assembly yourself, we provide detailed instructions to guide you through the process.   • Installation Fees: Assembly services may be available for an additional fee or included, depending on the product and brand—we always strive to offer this service for free whenever possible.

Order Shipment & Tracking

  • Tracking Information: We will email you a tracking number within 24 hours after your order ships, so you can follow your delivery status. International Shipping

Damages
