Delivery Method
All of our deliveries are curbside, which means the courier will deliver your items to the nearest access point at the front of your property, usually a driveway.

Returns & Cancellations
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, most orders can be cancelled before they have shipped, with some exceptions.
Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Damaged Items
We are an authorised retailer for all our listed brands. As a result, your order will always be protected by an authorised manufacturer's warranty, and shipping insurance. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Your purchase is protected by our 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
- Must be unused, never assembled, in "like new" condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any restocking fees where applicable.
