My garden has restricted access. Can the tub still be delivered?

Yes. Where standard access is not available, crane delivery is an option for the 4500 Series. We assess access requirements as part of the enquiry process and coordinate the appropriate delivery method. There is no need to arrange this independently.

Should I use chlorine or bromine to maintain the water?

Both work with the 4500 Series. Chlorine is more widely used and typically lower in cost; bromine is gentler on skin and better suited to users with sensitivities. The choice is personal preference. A chemical starter kit is included with delivery, and our team will walk you through the maintenance routine on setup day.

Do I need to carry out any groundworks before delivery?

The tub needs a firm, level base capable of supporting 2100kg when filled. A reinforced concrete pad is the most common solution. We recommend confirming groundworks are complete before booking delivery, and we can advise on the specification if needed.
