What base do I need for the H2O 500 Series?

A hard, flat, level surface rated for a filled weight of 1,200 kg. A poured concrete pad is the most reliable option. A level solid patio or reinforced decking also works. Standard garden lawn is not suitable. We will review your site during the quote stage.

What warranty does the H2O 500 Series come with?

The H2O manufacturer warranty covers 10 years on the structure, 5 years on the shell surface, 2 years on electrical components, 2 years on other spa components, and 2 years of labour (mileage charge may apply). Annual servicing by H2O or an approved dealer is required to keep warranty cover active. Aurora offers an optional 2-Year Extended Warranty at £299.
