The 6000 Series requires a hard, flat surface to sit on: a levelled concrete base is the standard recommendation, though a solid patio slab or reinforced decking is also suitable if it can bear the filled weight of 2,100 kg.

A dedicated 32A electrical supply needs to be in place before delivery, and we recommend having this installed by a qualified electrician in advance of the delivery date.

If your property requires crane access to position the tub, or if access routes are restricted, we can arrange a crane lift as part of the delivery process.

On arrival, our delivery team will carry out a full setup demonstration and provide a chemical starter kit to get your water balanced from day one.

For properties in Scotland or remote locations, any additional delivery lead times or costs will be confirmed at the point of enquiry.

Installation coordination is available on request if you need help aligning the electrical work and groundworks with your delivery date.

Yes. Crane delivery is available for properties where standard delivery vehicles cannot reach the installation area, or where the tub needs to be lifted over a structure. Let us know your access situation when you enquire and we will arrange the appropriate delivery method.
