We do not operate a crane service directly, but we can help you source crane hire if your site requires delivery over a wall, fence, or to a restricted access area. Let us know about any access constraints when you enquire and we will plan accordingly.

Should I use chlorine or bromine to maintain my Athena Swim Spa?

Both work well. Chlorine is the more common choice and widely available. Bromine is a suitable alternative for those with chlorine sensitivity. The Athena also includes the in.clear self-sanitising system, which converts bromine salts into active bromine automatically to reduce the frequency of manual chemical dosing.

What groundwork do I need before the Athena arrives?

H2O recommends a hard, flat, level concrete base. Reinforced decking and flat patios can also be suitable, provided they are level and can support the filled weight of the unit. We will walk you through the full site requirements when you book your delivery.
