The Coral arrives fully assembled by H2O's own crew to any UK mainland address, with free delivery included as standard for England, Scotland, and Wales.

Your base needs to be hard, flat, and level, rated to support a 1,270 kg filled weight, with a poured concrete pad, flat patio, or reinforced decking all suitable.

Position the tub within six metres of a weatherproof 13A outdoor socket and the electrical setup is the same as plugging in any other large garden appliance.

The crew will level the tub, walk you through the Gecko in.k506 controller, and demonstrate filling and water chemistry before they leave.

For roof terraces, side returns, or upper-floor gardens, crane-assisted delivery is available on request and we will confirm logistics at the quote stage.

The optional Done-for-You Installation Service covers final positioning, levelling, filling, and a first-run check if you would prefer the work handled end-to-end.

Five, three upright seats around the perimeter and two full-body loungers. The loungers run jet pressure from the shoulders down to the calves. The footprint is 215 x 215cm, so the tub keeps a square plan rather than stretching the layout.

What base do I need for the Coral?

A hard, flat, level surface rated for a filled weight of 1,270 kg. A poured concrete pad is the most reliable option. A level patio or reinforced decking also works. Standard lawn is not suitable. Site suitability is reviewed at the quote stage.

Is the Coral suitable for year-round use in the UK?

Yes. Full-foam high-density insulation, the ThermoLock triple-layered cabinet, and the 100-125mm tapered insulated lid keep heat in across winter. The 2kW heater and Gecko in.k506 controller hold set temperature year-round. If you plan extended periods of non-use, ask us about winterisation.
