Does the H2O Pure Bliss need a dedicated electrical circuit?

No. The Pure Bliss runs on a standard 13A outdoor 3-pin socket, the same type used for garden appliances and outdoor lighting. No electrician is required and no new circuit needs to be installed before delivery.

What base does the Pure Bliss need?

A hard, flat, levelled surface is required. A concrete slab is the most reliable option, but a solid patio or reinforced decking that is level and can bear the filled weight of the unit is also suitable. Lawn and soft ground are not appropriate bases.

What chemicals should I use with the Pure Bliss?

The Pure Bliss is compatible with both chlorine and bromine. The choice comes down to personal preference: chlorine is the more widely used option; bromine is gentler and suits those with sensitive skin.

Can crane delivery be arranged if access is restricted?

Yes. If your garden has limited access for standard delivery, a crane lift can be arranged. Mention this when you enquire and we will confirm the options and any additional cost at that point.
