What chemicals should I use in the H2O Retreat Plus?

Both chlorine and bromine are compatible. Chlorine is the most commonly used sanitiser for hot tubs. Bromine is a suitable alternative for anyone with a sensitivity to chlorine. A chemical starter kit is included with delivery to get the water balanced from day one.

Does the H2O Retreat Plus include Bluetooth audio as standard?

No. The AquaSonic Bluetooth audio system with subwoofer is an optional paid upgrade. Ask about pricing when you request a quote.

What warranty does the H2O Retreat Plus come with?

The manufacturer warranty covers 10 years on the structure, 2 years on the shell surface, 2 years on electrical components, and 1 year of labour (mileage charge may apply). Annual servicing by H2O or an approved dealer is required to keep warranty cover active. For commercial use, servicing increases to every six months.
