For power, the 13A version plugs into a standard outdoor socket, while the 32A version requires a dedicated circuit installed in advance.

If access is tight, crane delivery can be arranged and is confirmed during quoting, not on delivery day.

The 32A supply lets both 2HP pumps run at full power at the same time as the 3kW heater, giving faster heat-up and full jet pressure with all five seats in use. The 13A option is Plug and Play from a standard outdoor socket with no electrician required. Most buyers of a 5-person tub choose 32A for the performance; 13A suits gardens where running a dedicated circuit is not practical.

What base do I need for the H2O Retreat Pro?

A hard, flat, level surface rated to support the 1,400 kg filled weight. A poured concrete pad is the most reliable option. A solid patio or reinforced decking can also work where properly supported. Standard lawn is not suitable. We review your site at the quote stage and confirm suitability before delivery is booked.

Can two adults use the loungers at the same time?

Yes. The Retreat Pro has two full-length loungers alongside three additional seats, so both adults in a household can stretch out simultaneously rather than sharing a single lounger position. It is the most common configuration couples ask for in a 5-person tub.

What warranty does the H2O Retreat Pro come with?

The H2O manufacturer warranty covers 10 years on the structure, 2 years on the shell surface, 2 years on electrical components, other spa components per the warranty certificate, and 1 year of labour with a mileage charge. Annual servicing by H2O or an approved dealer is required to keep full warranty cover active. Aurora offers an optional 2-Year Extended Warranty at £299 to extend cover beyond the manufacturer term.

How much does the H2O Retreat Pro cost to run?

Running costs depend on your electricity tariff, outdoor temperature, and how often the tub is used. The 3kW heater, high-density foam insulation, and included insulated lid all contribute to holding heat between sessions.
