We do not operate a crane service directly, but we can help you source crane hire if your site requires delivery over a wall, fence, or to a restricted access area. Let us know about any access constraints when you enquire and we will plan accordingly.

The Vesta requires two dedicated 32-amp electrical circuits, installed by a qualified electrician before the spa is commissioned. This is a more demanding supply requirement than a standard hot tub. We can provide your electrician with the full technical specification so they can prepare your supply ahead of delivery.

What groundwork do I need before the Athena arrives?

H2O recommends a hard, flat, level concrete base. Reinforced decking and flat patios can also be suitable, provided they are level and can support the filled weight of the unit. We will walk you through the full site requirements when you book your delivery.

Yes. The Vesta is compatible with an air source heat pump upgrade, which can meaningfully reduce the energy cost of heating 5,520 litres of water. Ask us about heat pump options and pricing when you request a quote.
