All of our deliveries are curbside, which means the courier will deliver your items to the nearest access point at the front of your property, usually a driveway.

Assembly & Installation

Most items will arrive in pieces and require assembly. We offer assembly and installation services nationwide. Please contact us for a quote or if you have any questions.

Returns & Cancellations

Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders can be cancelled before they have shipped, with some exceptions.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items

We are an authorised retailer for all our listed brands. As a result, your order will always be protected by an authorised manufacturer's warranty, and shipping insurance. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival.

Returns & Refunds

  • Must be within 30 days of delivery (or the manufacturer's specific return window).
  • Must be unused, never assembled, in "like new" condition, and in the original packaging.

Ah, the anticipation! If you've gone for one of our in-stock saunas, you can expect it to arrive within 2-4 weeks. Opted for a custom order? Those take a bit longer, around 10-12 weeks. Either way, it's the perfect time to start planning where you'll put it and who to invite to your first sauna session.

Will I need to handle the unloading of my sauna?

Not at all! We wouldn’t want to put you through that hassle. Our delivery team will take care of unloading your KUUT Sauna, so it’s all ready for setup without any heavy lifting on your part. It's all part of making sure your sauna journey starts smoothly.

Is installation included in what I’m paying?

The price you see gets you the complete sauna kit – all the bits and pieces you need. If the thought of DIY makes you cringe, we do offer an installation service for an extra fee. It’s pretty handy if you’d rather not deal with the installation.

What’s the warranty on my KUUT Sauna?

Where do you deliver?

For mainland UK and Northern Ireland, delivery’s on us. It’s part of making sure getting your sauna is as hassle-free as possible. If you’re on an island or a remote spot, we might need to chat about any extra costs.
